Cllrs. Ann Rowland-James and Jacqui Hooper continue to work to address parking congestion around River View, Western Avenue North and Western Drive.

Llandaff North's Lib Dem councillors, Jacqui Hooper and Ann Rowland-James, are still campaigning to address parking problems around Western Avenue North, River View and Western Drive.

The Focus Team were particularly disappointed when a meeting scheduled for early February to discuss the matter with UWIC and local police officers was cancelled. However, following efforts from local Lib Dems, a rescheduled meeting took place recently to discuss the matter.

Cllr. Jacqui Hooper said: "It is appalling that residents still have to put up with these problems. I will be holding the university to account over this issue."

John Dixon added: "This issue has been a PACT priority for such a long time now. It is high time that UWIC resolved this problem."

Cllr. Jacqui Hooper is aware that this issue is growing and is affecting more and more streets. Jacqui will keep local residents informed on the future meeting date over this issue.
